Is there any communication between Active Sign Installation and the seller?
Whenever we install a sign on a property, we leave a doortag giving the homeowner some guidelines about the post and sign and also providing our contact information so that if they have any sign-related issues, they can call us directly. If a seller reports their sign leaning or some other issue, we notify you after we repair it so that you always know that we are servicing that sign.
